The facility offers a comprehensive daily schedule of yoga and wellness classes, including Intuitive Healing Yoga that connects practitioners to Grenada's magical energy, flowing Vinyasa sequences, core-strengthening Pilates, and restorative Yin Yoga where poses are held for up to three minutes. Classes run daily at 9:30am with experienced instructors including Fay, Lexie, and Lesley, each specializing in different modalities from slow meditative practices to dynamic sun salutations. Sessions cost US$15 per class with mat rentals available for US$4, while an unlimited monthly membership is offered for US$148. Hotel guests receive complimentary access to all classes.
